• Be respectful and curteous when requesting. Once again, this is a free service and we are doing it because we enjoy it. 
• Follow each designers rules and use their form if they give you one to use.  Failure to read there rules will get your request denied, and if it becomes hapbit, membership cancelation
• If you bug or annoy any designer after being warned a few times you will be banned from the site no questions asked...
• A Designer can refuse to make your request if he or she chooses too, if this happens find a new designer to request from, and dont' harass them.
• Do not rush or pester the Designers remember this is a free service so be patient.

On Advertising

• All advertisements and affiliation requests are to go on the Linkage board, no where else please
• Only promote your site once on the Linkage board. Do not flood the board with your button or link, or it will not be posted and your member ship can and may be cancled.
• Link Blood Passion Designs back when you request to be affilated.
• Failing to follow any of the rules will result in removal of your site from Layout R Us
• No nude links, nude sites are permittied.

On Posting Free banner and or layouts

• The heading for each freebie should be the name of the celebrity featured.
  If there is already a thread with the title, then DO NOT start a new one.
  Simply post  your freebie in the thread with the others.
• Nothing stolen is to go on that board. Duh common since here now isn't it people
• If you are a designer and find something of yours on the board that was stolen, calmly let the manager know about this...do not bitch to the manager. Any bitching will result in membership cancelation, though the stolen banner will still be taken down. But DO NOT BITCH. or try to start any trouble.
• Remember once you post a donation they are free for anyone and everyone to use, so if you don't want everyone using them, then don't post them as a donation.
• No Nudes. Nudes will be deleted without warning. If you want a nude banner ask to see if a designer will make them, but we don't want nude banners, its a public area, and everyone looks at them...
• If you are posting layouts then just put all of your work together, insteand of having 25 of the same layouts but different colors out there, it gives a chance for people to look at your work at once and choose what they like.

Designer Rules

• Don't bother to join if you don't plan on being active, its a waste of my time and requestors time...
• If you have to go on LOA let me know and if possible get request done before you go, but I do understand if you can't...We all need time off, from time to time, sometimes we're just burnt out... but if you're gone more than a month, I'm afraid you'll have to be let go... Sorry.
• No more than a week on waiting on request, it makes Blood Passion Designs  look bad if it takes a month for a request to be done with out a reason...
• If you are not active i can't really keep you, but to show me you're still here an active work on making freebies, be it layouts, icons, banners, Or combos and HtML's I don't care do something...
